IAB Council Member James Kong recently received a Medal of Honour from the Chief Executive, of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, Mr Tung Chee Hua, awarded for his exemplary public services and outstanding contributions to the community of Hong Kong.
